| Thanks to my friend Dan, a gardening expert, who came one night and drew a map of my teeny weenie patio area.... a drawing I later framed for it's magnificence!!! The area itself was minor, green and clean but that's it, nothing more. | |||||

I followed his drawing as best I could. Some gardening places I visited didn't have exactly what I was looking for but substituted with similar products. It was incredible to run into young minds in a garden center that knew so much about each plant, what they needed/didn't need, etc. I listened carefully and tried to follow each instruction. | ||||

| The three small trees were blocking the garden area when you walked in the front entry way. My first assignment was to dig them up. I promised Dan that I would replant them in 16" pots, an assignment I had every intention of carrying out. | |||||

| My first order of business was to buy everything on Dan's drawing and remember all his instructions... 3 - 16" pots, soil conditioner, top soil, bark.... oh my, so much to remember and on top of all that, I needed a shovel, hoe, pitchfork, trowel, gloves, etc.... holy moly, I'm gardening now..... | |||||

| Once I had finished replanting the small area, I had the small cemented area to deal with. Previously covered by green outdoor carpet, my friends encouraged me to paint it. "After all", they said, "You're an artist." The results were incredible and I get complements on it all the time. I would recommend this to anyone. | |||||
